Confidence
Recognizing strengths, using her voice, and showing up as herself.
Mentoring girls ages 10 to 14
A supportive mentoring program helping girls grow in confidence, navigate friendships, and discover the strength they already carry.

More than a program
Girl Keep Pushin’ gives preteen girls room to speak honestly, practice new skills, celebrate one another, and leave knowing they do not have to shrink to belong.
What we build
Recognizing strengths, using her voice, and showing up as herself.
Building healthy connections, setting boundaries, and handling conflict.
Learning to support other girls while knowing she deserves support too.

A note to families
Hello families! I’m Ms. Patricia Carter, the founder of Girl Keep Pushin’. As a mother, educator, licensed school social worker, and children’s author, I have seen how much young girls can bloom when they feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
I created this program from a deeply personal belief: a girl’s current chapter does not define the rest of her story. With encouragement, healthy connections, and someone reminding her of her strength, she can keep moving toward everything meant for her.
It is my honor to create a space where your daughter can build confidence, learn through real conversations, and know that she never has to walk through growing up alone.
